What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the payment methods available at checkout, including major credit and debit cards and other supported payment options. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are generally delivered within 8–10 working days to Switzerland and European Union countries, 6–10 working days to the United Kingdom, and 8–12 working days to South Africa. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, and other circumstances.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.

Can I return my order?

Yes. We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order, provided the item meets our return requirements. Please contact us before sending any item back.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us as soon as possible at assistance.solarshield@hotmail.com if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and, where appropriate, photos of the issue so we can review it and provide an appropriate solution.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes or cancellations cannot always be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipment.
